1. Use of Website and Services

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our services.

  • All information provided on this website is for educational and informational purposes only.

  • You agree not to use this website or services for unlawful purposes.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

  • Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • As a nurse coach, I provide guidance, support, and education, but I do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.

  • Always consult your licensed healthcare provider before making changes to your medical care, nutrition, or fitness routines.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments for coaching packages or services must be made in full (or according to agreed payment plan) prior to receiving services.

  • Due to the personal and time-based nature of coaching, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered except where required by law.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited and not eligible for reschedule.

5. Confidentiality

  • All personal information shared during coaching is kept confidential, except as required by law (such as risk of harm or abuse).

  • While I take every precaution to protect your information, communication via email or online platforms cannot be guaranteed as 100% secure.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Revitalize Coaching by Arianna.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed. Coaching offers a framework and accountability, but the results depend on your radical responsibility—the effort, consistency, and action you bring to the process.

  • You agree that the Company is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes you experience as a result of coaching.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • If you are accessing this site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version will be posted with a new “Effective Date.”
