At Revitalize Coaching by Arianna, my goal is to provide a supportive, transformative coaching experience. Because of the personal nature of coaching, I want to ensure you understand how refunds and cancellations are handled.
Coaching Packages

All coaching package payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

If you purchase a package but cannot continue due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request to pause and resume your sessions within 6 months.
Session Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be forfeited and not eligible for reschedule.

If I need to cancel a session, I will always provide an alternative time that works for you.
No-Shows

If you miss a session without notice, the session will be considered used and will not be rescheduled.
Flexibility

I understand life happens. If you’re facing a genuine emergency, please contact me directly and we’ll find a solution together.
