I’ve Been Where You Are
Hi! I’m Arianna, a Board-Certified Nurse Coach and founder of Revitalize Coaching. For years, I carried the invisible weight of doing it all—mom, wife, nurse, and the never-ending mental load that came with it. I lived in auto-pilot, I pushed harder, thinking if I could just stay organized and keep going, I’d finally feel enough. But instead, I ended up burned out, guilty for resting, and looking in the mirror at someone I barely recognized.
What I’ve learned is that burnout isn’t a flaw—it’s a signal. Through my own healing, I discovered how to reset my mindset, reconnect with my body, and reclaim the woman I was created to be—beyond the titles and endless to-do lists. Now I help other women do the same: step out of burnout, restore their energy, and finally feel like themselves again.
